The Senior Engineer Machinery systems is an experienced machinery systems engineer with in-depth understanding of ship & machinery systems for ships, with a special focus on sustainable future-oriented solutions. You are a team-player and have a strong passion for both the technical and the commercial part of the job. The mindset is innovative with a strong passion for sustainability. Given the right background and experience, project management responsibility of complete basic design packages towards building yards is a possibility.
Be a central resource in Sirius Design & Integration's project execution on machinery- & ship systems.
Take responsibility for the delivery of high-quality basic design machinery- & ship systems packages.
Technical support and discussions with the Shipyard, Shipowner and the Project team.
Follow up and QA of external suppliers delivering engineering services in Sirius projects.
Take responsibility for developing competitive ship specifications.
- BSc/MSc in mechanical or marine engineering
- Relevant experience
